My home town is University Place and I started going to this spa while in College. The people were always friendly and new my first name every time I came in and knew what services I received regularly and all the nuances that came along with me. Roxanne who works the front desk is awesome, as is Diego. If you are looking for a great and fun stylist, Shannon is your gal, and Nikki is a GREAT estician, she always did my brows exactly right and was pretty fast as well. Even though I am in california now, I will definately conitnue to go to this Spa whenever I am in town , seriously.

Pros: staff, Nikki, Shannon, nice atmosphere great place to relax

I have been a Brassfields' client for over ten years. My stylist, Michael, keeps me up to date (but never "over the top") with the latest styles and hair color trends - all individualized for ME! I am usually stopped by a stranger at least once a week who asks where I get my hair done. I also highly recommend the skin services (Kim) in the spa. I have never left Brassfields unsatisfied.
