Monif C. Plus Sizes

I was in town for the weekend, and I decided to stop by Monif C Plus Sizes. I had seen some of their items on their website, but wanted to actually try on the clothes. To my surprise the clothes looked even better in person! The store atmosphere was very upbeat and the sales associates really helped me find the outfit that looked best on me. (and by outfit I mean 4 dresses that I just had to have) the clothes not only look beautiful, but they made me feel beautiful. It is no wonder that the company is growing rapidly, with such amazing customer service and company values, Monif C really tops my list. I highly suggest the Marilyn convertible dress to anyone who needs a dress for all occasions! They even gave me a dvd of the twenty plus ways to wear it! ( I'm still playing around with it, I've already worn it to 9 different functions, and no one knew it was the same dress!) A+++ i love Monif C!

Just wanted to add to the accolades of Monif C...was visiting from Hawaii for July 4th weekend and found a GORGEOUS scarf print dress and 2 amazing swimsuits at Monif C. Before I came to New York, I searched high and low online for plus size stores in New York thinking this is the fashion mecca and only found Monif C. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for clothing in New York to come here. I'll be back next time I'm in New York.

I can't contain my excitement for Monif C. I live in LA but I was just in New York for a conference, and found Monif C. by googling plus size clothing. I LOVE this store! I can't find anything this beautiful, hot, and trendy in LA and I was so happy I came here. The store has beautiful dresses and I found some great items to take on my cruise in July. AND they just got in some HOT swimsuits, so I lucked out on that end also! So happy to have found this line and I will be shopping even if I have to order it online! Monif C. PLEASE COME TO LA SOON!!!

Monif C is here to offer us real women high end fashion and not the cheap stuff we're forced to buy. Her dresses are cut for real women with real "junk" and her convertable dress is the best investment piece i've bought. IN any color you can rock it anytime, anywhere. Its awesome.

I shopped at the Monif C. boutique this past Saturday and I love it! This is by far the best place to get plus size dresses in NYC. I needed a dress for my cousin's wedding in Mexico this summer and found the perfect silk scarf print dress. The staff is great and the shop has a great boutique feel. Highly recommended!

From a guy's perspective, I have to say the clothes and models on the Monif C. site are beautiful. I am stationed in Iraq and wanted to buy some clothes to send to my wife for her birthday. I went online to the Monif C. store and brought some dresses and one of the sales girls, Adrienne, was nice enough to call me to make sure the order was correct and make sure my wife got the clothes in time. Wonderful clothing and they have several beautiful women to show them off. Great store.

I came to NYC to visit my sister for the weekend and was so excited to shop but was soon disappointed to realize that New York has just as many shopping options as my hometown (Boston). A friend of mine saw a Monif C. dress in InStyle Magazine about a year ago but it wasn't until I was going on this trip did I realize that they have a store in New York City. When I first showed up at the boutique, I was a bit put off because the "boutique" is actually in an office building on 38th street which confused the heck out of me. Don' be afraid though because as soon as I walked in, I felt like I was walking into my dream closet! Dresses, shoes, jewelry! Imagine Betsey Johnson but for plus size girls! LOVE THIS BOUTIQUE. I went on a Saturday and they only have one fitting room, so I had to wait a bit while other women tried on clothes, but it was so cool to be around other hot plus size women like me! Plus Monif herself was there and she helped me pick out a few dresses, including this hot zebra print dress that looked intimidating on the hanger but was super hot when I put it on. I ended up spending way too much, but in the long run, I feel fantastic in my clothes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - Ladies RUN, don't walk to Monif C., you won't regret it!

I was going through a never ending sage of what size should I buy??? until i went into monif C botique, but not until then to tell the truth was when i found out it was not that difficult to find out how. We all know what style we like and how we like to dress but i use to stumble in the size department. I was determined to fit in a size 12 no matter how uncomfortable i felt. i can assure you from visiting the boutique i have learnt that if you purchase an item that is too small, you actually look bigger. The ladies, The atmosphere, The boutique made me feel good about myself, i actually started to say to myself why should i care what size i am?? As long as i was comfortable RIGHT???.. I have been shopping for plus size clothes for more years than at times I care to remember... But it wasnt till monif sat me and my friends down and told us every brand label of clothing from every different country cuts the cloth differently. Every country has a different build of woman and there is nothing you can do about it. American Women are never going to be like a size 12 japanese woman it's that simple. You just need to check the measurements on your own body and give it an extra smidgeon all over and that should cover it. Measuring up against your old pants/Dresses is not a good idea as they have moulded to your body shape and at times have lost shape through normal wear, tear and washing. So when she first introduce me to my 1st convertible dress in the boutique i felt like i was converted into a size 10 I felt great in what i was wearing!! i was so ecstatic i bought three dresses that day... so plus size girls. Life is too short. Be COMFY and IN CHARGE of YOURSELF!! make sure you go and experience that life changing feeling that i felt and i am still feeling every time i put on a Monif.c dress... I LOVE YOU MONIF....
